An exciting opportunity has arisen at the RFL, the national governing body for Rugby League in the UK & Super League (Europe), the elite club competition for the sport in the Northern Hemisphere.   We are seeking to appoint a Community Coach Development Manager based at our offices at Quay West, Manchester.

The RFL is continually striving to create more and better players at all levels.  To achieve this, great coaching is a vital ingredient for the game to consistently deliver a great experience to all participants.

The main purpose of the role is to work with significant others within the participation, development and performance department to bring to life the Rugby League National Player Development Framework.  This will be achieved by creating world leading Coach Development and participation materials, resources and learning programmes that can be delivered through a variety of mediums.

The Rugby Football League has confirmed that it will be relocating to the Etihad Campus in East Manchester. The full move will not take place until Autumn 2021. There is an option for a graduated move from late 2019 with the North West based staff.
