An exciting opportunity has arisen at the RFL, the national governing body for Rugby League in the UK & Super League (Europe), the elite club competition for the sport in the Northern Hemisphere. We are seeking to appoint a Customer Service Executive based at our offices in either Red Hall, Leeds or Media City, Manchester.
We strive to consistently deliver great Rugby League experiences and are looking for someone to help us by joining our newly created Customer Service Hub. You’ll support ticket sales, respond to customer queries and complaints and support customers at our annual events. You’ll develop an understanding of all areas of the governing body and have the opportunity to experience the excitement of working in sport.
You must be able to work on your own initiative and as part of a team. You must be able to demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to work under pressure, focus on attention to detail and have a can do attitude.
Ideally you’ll have previous experience of dealing with customers in a retail or call centre environment.
