· We are committed to delivering to you a professional but personal recruitment placement service for any job in your rugby club or business.
· You supply us with the criteria for a job, the job specification and candidate requirements and we then interview, sift and screen candidates for you from our database and forward to you a shortlist of the best 5 candidates.
· We will endeavour to visit you at your club or business to discuss the role in more detail where possible; ensuring we fully understand your club/organisational needs and the type of person you are looking for. Personal contact helps to strengthen working relations and build a long term partnership after all!
· We arrange all interviews and reference check 2 recent work references for all candidates you interview through us.
· A fee of 10% of the gross annual salary is then only payable if you employ any candidate we introduce to you.

· Thanks to our extensive database and our recruitment experience we hand pick all candidates that we send to you. Each candidate has undergone at least a telephone interview and we also discuss their career history and check 2 work references for any candidates you interview.
